Shipping Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your product. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. All refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Please note the following conditions for our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must be in any original product packaging.
- Returned items must be in original condition with no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or email us at SUPPORT@GIOELECTRIC.ZENDESK.COM.
- Include a picture of the product packed up in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All refunds/exchanges are issued after the product has been returned and inspected. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment less restocking fee.

Refused Shipment or Order Cancellations Requested after items have shipped:
- Orders can be canceled for full refund up until they are picked up by the shipping company for delivery to you
- Any orders canceled once a product is in transit or any delivery refused by you are subject to the same return shipping cost responsibilities as a normally requested return/refund.
Warranty Information
Batteries include a 12mo warranty which covers against manufacturer defects only. All rechargeable batteries have a limit number of life cycles and lose capacity over time, this is considered normal wear and tear and not included in warranty. Issues on batteries not properly maintained, stored or cared for are not considered to be defective. Most SLA batteries require regular charging to maintain capacity, failure to charge regularly may result in premature end of life which and would be considered to be improper care and not coved by warranty.
No registration for the warranty is required. All warranty claims must be accompanied with testing information and verified by our technician.
