Shipping policy

At GIO Battery our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across USA and Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are picked up by UPS/FedEx within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US and Canadian orders are shipped by UPS/FedEx. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 and 10 days (for free shipping) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Due to shipping restrictions all battery orders are limited to standard shipping, no express options are available. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $34.95 for shipping to the Lower 48 states only. Please contact for information on shipping rates to Alaska.
